DFO Cairns (Direct Factory Outlet Cairns) is the only outlet centre in north of Cairns, located at the heart of Cairns City.

Disabled parking is also present at the main entrances of the centre. DFO Cairns offers a visitors lounge that includes Wi-Fi, water and charging stations.
